THE EFFECTS OF USING ENGLISH LANGUAGE APPLICATIONS IN DIFFERENT BUSINESS

Technology and digitalization is viewed as an integral part of the today’s business world which has revolutionized operations. Digitalization also affected marketing plans usage social media different application rapidly increasing to connect customers organizations. The growing number foreigners in Thailand given rise use English language. This study purposed examine that how performance are by applications characteristic contacts. moderation effect language checked this study. relationship between these variables analyzed gathering responses from 372 foreigner’s through online survey. structural equation modeling tool was selected evaluate hypothetical constructs. results found effective characteristics content enhance confirmed significance direct raveled insignificant indirect performance. paper provides useful implications for both literature practice. It offers informative insights researchers expand research work. can be utilized marketers develop implementing applications.
